By uploading content to Wallhaven, you represent and warrant that:

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Wallhaven a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and deliver that content as part of the Service.

The following content is prohibited on Wallhaven under all circumstances:
